Karine Brück International is the realization of a personal project initiated in 2011 by its founder and CEO, Karine Brück, after more than 15 years of professional experience in several companies as a press officer, teacher, communications director, and head of the international department. Her calling for education and her passion for developing internationalization projects inspired her to launch a strategic consulting firm that helps SMEs identify and leverage the opportunities offered by the global environment.

Aware of the importance of having a stable and committed team in a sector like consulting, Karine Brück has, from the outset, surrounded herself with multilingual and multidisciplinary professionals. Karine Brück is an accredited consultant for various public institutions and leads several internationalization consulting programs for startups and SMEs across multiple sectors.

Regular trainer and speaker at business schools and public/private institutions across Europe, she designs and delivers specialized technical training using her own methodology and a highly practical approach. Her expertise covers key areas such as International Trade, International and Multilateral Tenders and European Projects.

Nis Mokhtari

Internationalisation Director

Responsible for developing and implementing internationalization strategies in global markets. With a background in Business Administration and a solid track record in foreign trade, she advises companies throughout every stage of their export and international expansion processes. Her work includes designing market entry strategies, providing technical assistance for international tenders, and delivering specialized training in internationalization. She offers a strategic and pragmatic perspective aligned with global opportunities, fostering international visibility and sustainable growth for organizations.

Melchor Reyes

Director of Strategy and Project Development

With a background in economics, he works as a consultant specializing in the design and implementation of programs focused on business internationalization, international trade, and participation in global tenders. He leads and contributes to strategic projects that strengthen the global competitiveness of organizations, providing technical and methodological support across all phases—from market analysis and strategic planning to execution and evaluation. Additionally, he plays an active role in specialized training initiatives, helping to equip teams and institutions with the critical skills needed for successful international expansion.
